- 25% – closed primarily

- >50% – flap or skin graft which replaces both the anterior and posterior lamella
Manage 40% avulsion of upper eyelid o Full thickness skin graft from opposite upper lid is preferred due to similar skin thickness, color, texture and availability with minimal donor site morbidity.
